Ledyz Fashions Return Policy

STORE CREDIT

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unused to be accepted for store credit. This means that if the merchandise appears to have been worn, washed, smell of cigarettes or any other odors, deodorant stains, animal hair or show any of signs of having been used the return will not be accepted.

  • Merchandise that is returned will receive STORE CREDIT only. No exceptions. Please note that a copy of the original invoice along with all the original tags are required with the return for it to be accepted.  STORE CREDIT NEVER EXPIRES

  •  Ledyz Fashions must be contacted at customercare@ledyzfashions.com for a return number and address to ship return to within 14 days of delivery. All packages without a return number labeled on the front will be refused.

  • Store Credit will be credited to the email address that Ledyz Fashions has on file within 7 business days of receiving the return. Store Credit will be applied only for the amount paid for the merchandise, minus all shipping charges.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Ledyz Fashions recommends choosing a shipping method that offers tracking.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive an item that is a defect, Ledyz Fashions must be contacted within 3 days of delivery at customercare@ledyzfashions.com

  • If Ledyz Fashions is not notified within 3 days of delivery of the issue then the merchandise not longer qualifies for a return or replacement. A picture of the defect is required to be included in the email to customercare@ledyzfashions.com

 

CLEARANCE


  • All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. Any promotional/flash sale items with a discount of 25% off or more cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. All sales are final on earrings, leggings, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eyewear. This is for hygienic purposes and there will be no exceptions on these items.
